They have beautiful daughters, but deep in her heart Hope wonders if God is punishing her for past sins when the son they long for never comes. When God answers Hope&rsqu| |I loved this book! Her characters aren't just characters, they are "real" people who let you into their lives and their innermost secrets. I wish this story could have gone on and on.... Amish books are my favorite read and I've thoroughly

Hope prays desperately, but the son God sends isn’t a new pregnancy. It's the fifteen-year-old boy she gave away years ago.
